Working with Cariad
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cariad several times… though I always wish it was more often! My fiancé has been lucky enough to collaborate with her more than I have, and I’ll admit… I feel a bit of envy whenever I can’t make it to a shoot with her.
Cariad is an incredibly versatile model, able to embody any look you envision. Her posing experience shines through, as she works seamlessly with you to bring your exact vision to life.
Ever met a true Titan? I’m convinced Cariad is one… fearless and unshaken by any challenge, always ready to work in even the most extreme conditions to achieve that perfect shot.

At the Window
Working to fine art nude levels, Cariad offers incredible versatility, allowing for a wide range of creative images. While I love fine art nude photography, I am also passionate about bringing fantasy characters to life… so Cariad often finds herself transformed into a fairy in my images. Some photos have such a captivating mood that I cannot choose just one direction, so I process them twice… once as a fine art nude and once in a fantasy style.
This particular image has such a delicate, ethereal vulnerability… I absolutely love the atmosphere we create in our shoots together!

This striking portrait is part of a red-themed shoot I did with the talented model, Cariad. The shoot featured a variety of red outfits and styles, resulting in a powerful image that showcases the beauty and versatility of the colour red in portrait photography.
This image was honoured with a FIAP Gold Medal at the prestigious Maitland International Exhibition 2020 in Australia. Working with such a skilled model like Cariad made capturing this masterpiece a seamless process.
As a fun fact, Cariad’s eyes are NOT blue! I digitally altered them in Photoshop to create a striking red, white, and blue theme, adding another layer of creativity to this powerful portrait.
If you haven’t worked with Cariad yet, you really should! She’s very mindful of animal welfare, so if you plan to use feathers, they need to be ethically sourced, and no furs or similar materials. Cariad is vegan, so even if you bring sweets to a shoot, make sure they don’t contain any animal products.
Cariad also runs tours to Iceland, which my fiancé has been fortunate enough to attend, and the tours come highly recommended.
Beyond her professionalism and incredible versatility, Cariad is just a lovely person to work with. She’s sweet, charming, and always personable and friendly, making every shoot a pleasure. We absolutely love working with her and would recommend anyone to do the same.
